Glucose & lactate monitoring (C-CIT)

C-CIT’s innovative Single-Use Glucose and Lactate Sensor System offers flexible compatibility with various container configurations. These sensors provide adaptable communication options to meet specific process requirements. Suitable for both fed-batch and continuous processes, this technology is widely utilized in vaccine production, protein-based pharmaceuticals, stem cell development, regenerative medicine, gene and cell therapy, cultured meat production, and various medical device applications.

  • Analog 4-20 mA or 0-10 V
  • Direct digital pump integration for glucose control
  • Bluetooth to dedicated C-CIT Monitoring & Control software
  • OPC connectivity and other custom digital communications available upon request

Production

  • Standard range: 0–7 g/L Glucose, 0–2 g/L Lactate
  • Monitor up to 12 vessels simultaneously via C-CIT software
  • Data monitoring and control using a rugged tablet computer
  • Reduces contamination risk and eliminates the need for manual sampling
  • Each sensor is double-packaged and gamma-sterilized, making it suitable for aseptic installation
